IGIHE URUBANZA RUMARA MU RUKIKO (Time to Disposition Report) 2019 - 2020

This report shows the time used by commercial court to disposition a case in relation to 180 days. In 2019, it took an average of 123.5 days which is equivalent to 69% of 180 days while in 2020 it took an average of 127 days which is equivalent to 71% of 180 days to judge a case in commercial court.Time to disposition between 2019 and 2020 increased by 2% which is attributed to the consequences of COVID-19 Pandemic. Clearance Rate Report 2019 - 2020

This report shows the rate of judgment of cases in relation to registered

and pending cases in 2019 - 2020. Clearance rate in 2019 was 73% while in 2020 it was 65% thus registering a decrease of 8% which is attributed to the consequences of COVID-19 Pandemic. Click on this link to view the report.
